On May 12, Linda Yaccarino succeeded founder Elon Musk as CEO of Twitter 2.0. Many Musk supporters were extremely upset by her appointment as CEO of the platform, which since October has turned into a stronghold of conservatives in the name of free speech. They interpret it as the resumption of the platform’s shadow banning as well as the billionaire’s renunciation of the principles he has recently defended.
