India’s Got Latent Episode Blocked on YouTube Due to Controversial Comments
Following the central government’s order, the episode of Samay Raina’s show ‘India’s Got Latent’ has been blocked on YouTube. The BBC has written that Ranveer Allahabadia was blocked on YouTube due to his objectionable comments. Allahabadia has also been criticized a lot due to the comments.
Kanchan Gupta, Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, informed about this on social media. Gupta said that this was done after the order of the Government of India.
Allahabadia had questioned the personal relationship of the parents of the participants in the show ‘India’s Got Latent’. After which he also apologized.
Allahabadia said, ‘My comment was not appropriate and it was not funny. Comedy is not my specialty. I will not give any explanation for this. I want to apologize to everyone.’
