Sunny Deol playing the role of Hanuman in the movie ‘Ramayana’

Sunny Deol will be seen in the role of Lord Hanuman in director Nitesh Tiwari’s film ‘Ramayana’. It is said that the producer has offered her for this role keeping in mind her sunny looks. However, the producer and Sunny have not made any official announcement on this matter.

According to a Pinkvilla report, director Tiwari and his team are in talks with Sunny Deol for Hanuman in the film. Quoting Tiwari, the source said, ‘Lord Hanuman is a symbol of power. In the film industry, no one can play the character of Bajrang Bali better than Sunny.

Sunny Deol is also interested in acting in this role. Also, he is excited for this role. According to sources, director Nitesh Tiwari along with producers Allu Aravind, Madhu Mantena and Namit Malhotra want to make a separate film on Hanuman. Part of Hanuman’s life is not shown much in Ramayana. This is why the director wants to make a separate film on his life.

Ranbir Kapoor has been confirmed for the role of Ram in this film. If Sunny becomes a part of this film, Ranveer and him will share the screen for the first time.

Nitish Tiwari has decided to cast Tamil actress Sai Pallavi for the role of Mata Sita in this film. The actress is about to make her debut in Bollywood with this film. Earlier there was talk of casting Deepika Padukone in the role of Sita and then Alia Bhatt. However, according to Pinkvilla reports, the director never offered Alia the role. ‘KGF‘ star Yash will be seen in the role of Ravana.

Tiwari, who has directed films like Dangal, Chhichhore, will start shooting for ‘Ramayana’ from February 2024.
