Sandeep Lamichhan has taken wickets in the first game of the Big Bash League season. Sandeep took a wicket when Melbourne Stars played with Brisbane Hurt. He bowled four overs, costing eight runs.

He was expensive in his first over. In the second over of Melbourne, he had 19 runs with three fours and a six. But in his fourth over, Ben Cutting managed to take a wicket.
