Two famous cricketers of Nepal, Sandeep Lamichhane and Dipendrasingh Airi, are going to play the Global T20 Cricket Tournament in Canada. Sandeep is an impressive spinner while Dipendra is an all-rounder. These two Nepali players were joined by two different clubs on Tuesday night. Sandeep was signed by Surrey Jaguars in the player draft. Dipendra was signed by the Montreal Tigers.

Sandeep had also played in the Global Twenty20 League in both the previous seasons. Sandeep, who joined the Montreal Tigers in the first season, played for Toronto in the second season. Dipendra is going to play in a foreign league for the first time. Dipendra is the third Nepali player to play in the Global Twenty20 League. Previously, Sandeep Lamichhane and Sompal Kami have played in this league. The Global Twenty20 League will run from July 20 to August 6.
