Nepal won the friendly women’s football match with Bangladesh in a tiebreaker
Nepal has won the friendly women’s football series with Bangladesh. In the second and last friendly match, Nepal won by defeating the home team in a tiebreaker.
Nepal and Bangladesh, who played the first match 1-1, ended the second match in a goalless draw.
After that, a tiebreaker was held at Birshrestha Shahid Sepahi Mohammad Mustafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalpur, Dhaka to choose the winner of the game.
In which Nepal won 4-2.
Savitra Bhandari, Hira Bhujel, Deepa Shahi, Anita KC hit the net in the tiebreaker. Anjana Rana Magar’s shot hit the fence.
Bangladesh’s Samsunar and Monika Chakma hit the post, Maria Manda hit the net, Seili Azim’s shot was saved by goalkeeper Anjana Ranamar.
