7 Asoj, Kathmandu. Australian all-rounder Mitchell Mars has been ruled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to an injury sustained while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

He will miss the rest of the season due to a hip injury. Mars could not bowl the entire spell due to injury in the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Mars, who was forced to bat, was out on the first ball.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have announced that Mars will now miss the IPL and have been replaced by West Indies all-rounder and Test captain Jason Holder.
