India defeated the West Indies by an innings difference of 141 runs in the first Test match with the help of the young left-handed batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal’s brilliant hundred and Ravichandran Ashwin’s deadly bowling. With this, India has taken a 1-0 lead in the two-match series.
