Court is the judge,jury and lawyers who sit and hear legal cases. Court is an institution often as a government institution with the authority to adjudicate legal dispute between the parties and carry out the administration of justice in civil,criminal and administrative matters in accordance with the rule of law.
There are many type of courts like family violence court, high court, supreme court,youth court,coroners court,etc. Every court main aim is to give justice to civil. Most criminal matters are heard in district courts. The main role of the court is adjudicate legal disputes between parties and carry out the administration of justice in accordance with the rule of law. Every civil prefers court to get justice. Whenever if there is any fight then people use to say see you in court as they have feeling that they will get justice no matter what. Many cases are in pending. Every court give justice to civil. And the court’s role is to determine disputes in the form of cases which are brought before them. If any people is not happy with the result of the case then they can file their case in higher court than that. In every cases there should be evidence. Court take result in the presence of evidence. Court does not believe in any hearing or eye seeing regarding case they need perfect evidence regarding it.
Court does not make any result by emotional feeling. If any person is caught with fake evidence then they use to get punished for this even if lawyer show fake evidence then even they use to get punish for this so no one use to put fake evidence in front of your honour. Court exist to do justice and to guarantee liberty. Court enhance social order. Court resolved disputes and maintain the rule of law. Court provide for equal protection to all regardless of background and to ensure the due process of law.
